Text 6 Sep MEETING MINUTES! 9/5

Here’s what we did on Sunday September fifth:

First meeting of the year! The officers introduced themselves and those not present were introduced!

Daniel Z- Social Medias Coordinator

Abbey L- Secretary

 

We sent an attendance sheet around for emailing purposes.  If you were not present please email one of the officers so we can reach you!

A Post-Mortem of Cannibal Days was given- thank you to all who came and saw it!

An overview of the Player’s year was discussed including things like haunted tours, the twenty-four hour project, and the winter show; these will be addressed in more detail in the coming weeks (or week, concerning haunted tours). 

Things coming up quickly: Living Statues at the International Fall Festival on September 18th.  A sign up for statues and handlers was sent around to gauge interest.  A workshop will be set up the week before fall festival or both statues and handlers.

The Winter Show writing process was addressed- dates to keep in mind:

·   September 19th- concept submissions for the winter show are due at meeting time. Hard copies or emails to Siri B.

·   September 26th- Directors submit a theatrical resume at the meeting.  Hard Copies or emails to Siri B. Interviews will take place after the meeting that evening unless a specific other time is set up.
